Worst Service Ever

On the 24th of May 2017, I took my car to be serviced at the branch in Mooi street, Johannesburg. I informed them about my concerns and what should be checked and repaired, and if need be, replaced only if covered by the warranty. I showed them the shock test results from Tyremart and the wheel alignment results from Tiger wheel & Tyres. The shock results specified that 3 of my shocks needed to be replaced.

My service advisor called me a few hours later to tell me that they checked the shocks and found no reason for them to be replaced as they were still in a good condition. I then discovered that they had processed a claim from Motorite for the shocks including the front brake pads and wiper blades. This was obviously declined because of the type of plan I have with Motorite. I then asked them if they claim that my shocks were in good condition, then why did they try to process a claim from Motorite because they are covered by warranty. No answers were given.

I was then requested to bring in my car on Friday, 26 May 2017 for the cambelt replacement and was told to collect it by16:00. I waited and waited until I requested to be given a courtesy car. Saturday, 27 May 2017. I went to pick it up. While driving, I noticed that there was a burning oil smell from the engine and a sound which was never there before they replaced the cambelt. I took it back and got it on Monday 29 May 2017. I was told that the reason for the strange noise was the tension belt was too tight. I drove home and it produced the same sound again. I took it back on Wednesday 31 May 2017 and test drove with one of the engineers. He told told me that he can't hear any sound. I decided to test drive with one of the engineers from a different branch and he heard the noise and told me that it could be an alternator bearing.

I have called them and several times to have this matter resolved but my requests fell on deaf ears.
