Worst Lindsay Saker Boksburg branch

My vehicle a Golf 6 went in for a minor service, oil change on Monday 3 June 2024 at the Lindsay Saker branch on north rand Road in boksburg, we collected the vehicle and while driving the number 3 and 4 gears was not working properly, we took the vehicle back to the dealer, after under an hour they diagnosed the problem without doing a proper check. The service manager Muhammad is a arrogant person who was not helpful at all. Can someone with knowledge of this advise how is it possible that I never had any issues with my gears but as soon as it goes for a service I start to experience this problem, my vehicle doesn't even feel like it has been serviced, worst dealership ever, would not advise anyone to service heir vehicles there. They quoted me R21000 to fix the problem, I feel so privileged that they even gave me a discount of R4000 for something that they have broken. I will never buy another VW thanks to Lindsay Saker Boksburg. I wanted to give them a zero rating or minus rating, but unfortunately it doesn't give you the ootion. Worst service department ever, not qualified to do the work.
