Worst experience ever as a first time buyer.

Purchased a brand new Polo TSi 2015 model on the 23 September 2015 and started having problems with the car's boot few days later. The boot door makes noises when opening and doesn't fully open, have to force it to fully open with difficulty. Reported the matter to the dealer on the 13 October 2015, today it is the 20 November 2015 and the car is still not sorted. I told one of their managers that I do not want the car as I'm not happy with it and feel like I'm driving a second hand car, he told me that that's between me and the bank. I felt like now they've got the money and met their target and don't car about anything else. Took the car to the dealer twice for assessment. Worst service ever. I do not want anything to do with them, worst mistake of my life was buying what was suppose to be a brand new car at VW Lindsay Saker Krugersdorp. I'm paying full price for what got damaged within few days.
