Worst experience 2nd time around

<p>I just called Lindsay Saker Kempton Park in order to obtain a quote for a service on my car. I was put through to Peggy who told me that she cant help me as her "system" is down till 10:00. I asked her and then? Whereby she repaeted that her system is down. Not a - please can I take your number and call you back, not a - pease give me your vehicle deatails and I will send you a mail, nothing. Ten months ago I had the very same experience with the same person at the same service centre. I am just wondering why on earth did I now want to put myself again through such ****ndous experience.
