Wheel Spanners ****** from workshop

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the service I got from the dealership which has caused me so much inconvenience and frustration, I took my car for a 45000 km service a month later I experienced a funny sound on the car, I thought it was a tyre problem when I went to the boot I noticed that all my wheel spanners were not there including the lock nut,Iam the regular driver of the vehicle and the car is only washed at home the only time where it was not on my site for long was when it went for service.

I then went to the dealership the next day for assistance, I then told them about the wheel spanners they told me I should come the next day as they were fully booked for the changing of brakes,they booked me for the next day as I was at work they kept informing me about the car however not saying that they would have a problem to change the brakes without the lock nut I was later informed around 4 pm by their team they were unable to install the brakes I would need to pay a fee of 2000 for them to outsource a person who would remove the nuts,this was an inconvenience for me as I was not informed when the 45000km service was done that my wheel spanner’s were gone with the lock nut.I had to find myself someone who can assist in removing the lock nuts because the fee for the outsource was too much .

I went to the dealership and complained to them and requested for the footage on the day the car was booked in for 45000 km to check if the wheel spanner’s were really not there,they told me they can never take responsibility this is a bad impression to me as a customer that I cannot be assisted by them as VW iam a lady driving a car with no wheel spanner’s in case I get a puncture on the road I would have to struggle ,as an entity they did not even attempt to give me options on what can be done about my safety with the wheel spanners.This clearly showed me that they only care about money not their customer safety after I have referred 2 customers to get vehicles from them.Iam now in a position to be looking for quotes on the wheel spanners and buying new lock nuts set.This clearly proved to me that anything can happen when the car is taken for service as the monitoring of the workshop staff is poor !
