Wheel Nuts not tightened at Dealership

<p>Hi, my car has been going into VW since brand new, with a knocking sound on the front right hand side brake. Up to now my problem has not been resolved. So about 2-3 week ago my car was once again at VW Midrand. This time when i fetched my car about 17:30, and while i was driving i heard a funny sound so i then stopped to see if i had a puncture. It was not a puncture. So i drove back to my place of work and the noise was still there. I got off the car and check the wheel nuts on the right hand side tyre. They were not tightened properly. So i tightened the wheel nuts and then test drove the car. The noise was still there. I then called the service manager of VW, who was very helpful and had a techinican call me immediately to help me out. We decided to meet at VW Midrand to have the car checked. Upon checking the car, he found that the left hand side tyre wheel nuts been loose as well. He( Louis) did record this process to show the manager the next morning. Upon this stage i did complain to someone that called to check how the repair/service of my car went at the dealership. Since then i never heard from the manager or vw again. This is really disappointing service from such a company. Maybe if i met with an accident then they would have taken some action. This car i drive is also GTI, so as you can imagine i could have lost my life. </p>
