Warrentee On Paint

My roof on polo is cracked and Volkswagen East rand mall doesn't want to fix their problem and what I am paying for on my car.<br> The car went to people to look at the crack ( not sure if they looked at crack because the car was marked most of the body with red permanent marker where there is a defect and gave it back to us with red marks but not over the crack )<br> <br> I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE PAINT HAVING A CRACK !!!
