VW Warranty Holds no Ground

In December last year I took my car in for service at VW Strijdom park. The service was done at 80 000km and was mendatory requirement. Shortly after taking the car in for service I took the car in to do wheel alignment on it as I was not certain why the steering wheel kept shaking when I apply the brakes. The problem persisted and I went to Tigerwheel and tyre in January to do wheel alignment on the car again. When I took the car in I was advised at Tigerwheel & Tyre I was advised my an employee that the car needed new discs, and that was the main reason for the break shudder. <br> I then spoke to Andre the service manager at VW Strijdom regarding the incident and he advised that I bring the car in as I did so and booked it in for today. I was advised that the car needs new dics and breakpads and that the warranty wouldn't cover it because the breakpads were worn out. I REFUSE to pay for this because the car was brought in on the 31st December and they should have advised me then that I should change the brakepads, instead my car was ready within an hour and a half of dropping it off because everybody was clearly in a rush to go home because it was New Year's Eve. Why should i pay?
