VW sells broken cars

Bought a NEW polo vivo.<br> <br> Passenger door does not lock with central locking. Been over 2 months now , car went in 4 times and the door still does not lock.<br> <br> They replaced a sensor that did not solve the problem and they claimed the part from VW SA.<br> <br> That is not the only problem , safety film keeps being scratched by the door panel, replaced the film once without checking the door panel.<br> <br> They are wasting their money and my time.<br> <br> Idiots<br>
