VW Polo 1.2Tdi Bluemotion

I bought a used Polo from the dealership. The sparekey was not working and it did not have the service they said it hd. I complained to the Manager, Willem Senekal, who arainged to pick up the vehicle. They did and said the service was done but could not provide evidence and the spare key was not sorted out either. He promised to deliver the new key by December as well as proof of the service but up to today, only empty promises. I am on the edge to give them the car back as I do not expect BAD service like this from a reputable dealer. I hope VW will sort this out.
