VW midrand worst service, VW polo overheating

My car has been overheating since 2017. Polos seems to be having this problem all around and I am shocked that VW is still unable to solve it. Took my car in 1st tym in november 2017, paid lots of money for the “cooling system” car kept overeating and in march had to pay again cause they insist its a different problem “thermostat” its now october the car still doing the same. The car has been taken to the midrand dealership and they are adding to my nightmare bu their lack of compassion in the whole case. My car was taken in last friday for diagnosis, its thursday today and the only feedback from my service advisor is that she has not heard anything from the workshop. This after i explained many times I use my car for business.
