VW Midrand - Poor Poor Poor !!!

Absolutely Shocking service ! I spoke to Nicky Thipe from VW in Midrand. I app**** for a used vehicle on their floor. Sent through all the documents and the finance application only to find out that no one has called me back after 3 days. I phone this morning to find out what happened to my application... Next thing i find out, "hi sir the vehicle is sold" No one even bothered to tell me this or get back to me about the vehicle! Lazy poor customer service!! I will not be buying from This Branch and i recommend no one else to either. !
