Vw midrand ***** and ******** be careful
VW MIDRAND A ***** I HAVE BEEN ****MED I WANT MY MONEY BACK To whom it may concern I have purchased 3 brand new vehicles from Lindsay saker midrand. The salesperson who assisted me was Monray. His manager is Zane and DP the Gregory. I introduced myself and company Ground zero Creations telling them that I can purchase about 5-10 units a month all brand new vehicles with trade Ins meaning I bring 2nd hand cars to their dealership and we trade, all vehicles pictures were sent to the salesmen on WhatsApp to the salesmen and estimated reconditioning of the vehicles were mentioned to salesmen prior to bringing the vehicles in to the dealership. I explained to the salesman in the 26th all the second hand cars which I'm going to be doing deals on those cars have reconditioning to spend, to make those cars perfect and told him that I will be honest and explain to him of all the recons to the best of my ability, and if he picks up other recons which I don't pickup he must note it down and add to the recons. He told me "tough ****". On the 27th October 2017 I done my first deal on with vw midrand I brought my 2015 Ford Fusion into the dealership. Monray was told about the recon on the car I specified that the service light comes up sometime while driving the car, he can minus the recon from what his offering on the Ford Fusion his initial offer on my car was between 270-300,when the car was brought in to him he verified the recon , viewed the car loaded the car on the system He offered me 220 on the trade based on the evaluation of the car I accepted the deal I viewed the new car we agreed that the deal is final and concluded I paid them a difference of which what was due to them according to the invoice, I had given him the Ford Fusion and the car papers I left vw midrand with a brand new vw polo 1.2 tsi I was told that they going to register the car papers on my name and once registered they will contact me, I was charged on the road fee. The 30th October I get a call from Zane the sales manager telling me how happy he is to do business with me so I told him what vehicles I have in stock to do deals and told him that I sent monray all the pics, Zane told me he can't do a deal over the telephone or based on pictures I'm must bring those vehicles in to midrand for evaluation. On the 31th October I took 2 vehicles in for trade in to vw midrand Ford figo and Nissan livina. I handed monray the car papers and keys to do the evaluation on those cars, after the evaluation was done the salesman loaded both cars on his system telling me that the ford figo was previously loaded on the system by another vw dealership, I told him that's correct the ford figo had been wrapped all over, previously it's was white now the wrap is on so the car is black , I had also stipulated to monray that if the wrap comes out the car won't look so nice as per your system, as the paintwork on the ford figo is ****, the Nissan livina had also been evaluated by the salesman whatever recons and evaluation done on the vehicles had been seen by the salesman and new deal was processed where I traded these 2 cars for 1 brand new polo citi vivo I was invoiced out I paid vw midrand a difference as per the invoice I had given them the 2 car papers and the cars for the new deal I later returned to them with another vehicle a Tata super ace the same day for another deal on a brand new polo citi we negotiated on price I had brought the car papers. The Tata super ace was evaluated and a new deal was confirmed vw midrand invoiced me I paid them a difference as per invoice o drove off with a new citi vivo So basically I had traded 4 vehicles for 3 brand new vehicles and paid the difference to vw midrand. All the above mentioned vehicles was previously on my company name Ground zero Creations and the new ownership is now vw midrand as the natis car papers has been changed to their name I have been in contact with the salesperson monray with regards to the natis documents, and I have visited vw midrand after the 31/10/2017 on different occasions after that with regards to a bmw x6 which I brought in to evaluate and two other times to purchase more vw new cars and also to enquire about my natis documents, at first he told me that he could not register the vehicles as my business registration certificate was not clear, and should resend the new copies so I sent him new copies. So I had sent him the documents. Friday the 17 November 2017 I contacted monray again with regards to the natis documents, he told me I should speak to Zane his manager. I called Zane and he told me I should come in to see him, On arrival he explained to me that those cars I traded in he was getting less from the trade meaning his traders are offering less on those cars, cause the conditions of those cars was in poor condition. Then why did they do the deal in the first place and that I misrepresented those cars. So why did you invoice those cars, once the invoice is made the deal is final It took vw midrand about 3 weeks to tell me that I had to pay a difference of R65000.00 to them in order for me to get my natis documents. Understand that at that time the deal suited all of us. I had paid in the difference with no fuss, if you had to devalue my cars the same day it was no problem to pay in extra at the time. However all pictures of the vehicles were sent via WhatsApp to monray cellphone. So do u only do evaluations via pictures no actual or physical viewing of the cars is done by your branch in midrand. I had setup a meeting with Zane, monray manager today as well as the DP of vw midrand. It’s taken them 17 days to evaluate the cars which I traded in and telling me that I should pay the R65000.00 or else they won’t release the natis documents. On that day when receiving the trade inns why did u not confirm that the amounts paid is different from the invoice amounts. In principle the amounts agreed has been paid in full, according to the invoice amounts. Today I setup a meeting with Zane monray and the DP Greggory there was no conclusion made. I have signed all documents which were given to me as an offer to purchase, I did not read any clauses and did not know about any clauses binding me to anything as it was not discussed with me I had made suggestions in resolving this this matter with new trade INS as Gregory said that he needs some sort of security to go forward. I made a suggestion to resolve the issue, that the amounts comes out to R65000.00 and that I pay half the amount R32500.00, so that nobody gets dismissed from their jobs. So all the deals was done and completed they were paid and settled in full whatever differences I had to pay them was settled and I was awaiting those 3 natis car papers from them. The salesman try's to contact the person handling the registration of my new cars he tells me that she's not available but he will keep me posted, not telling me anything about the trade Ins which was given to them. Whilst my visits to vw midrand before the 17th why didn't Zane or monray inform me about the situation of the two cars which I done previously On the 17 November I met up with Zane at vw midrand. He explained me that he would take me of the imperial buying system that I won't be able to do business with any imperial dealership if I don't pay the difference, of the two cars that Zane and monray will be liable to pay and that the monies will be deducted from them and they will lose their jobs. The first time round you should know what you doing and no when to do a deal not come after 17 days plus and create a problem. I was willing to compromise and pay 32500 but I think that I am not liable to pay anything after so many days as you had enough time to do the evaluation properly I eventually had to pay vw midrand 32500 for the release of the natis documents as I had sold the cars to clients outside of South Africa Charged price on new polo citi red was 178900.20 Less two trade INS of 136999.99 Difference which I had paid 39756.90 Vw midrand owe my company Outstanding Amounts as follows for storage and on the road fee. They charged me on the road fee but did not register the cars on my name Collection of vw polo 1.2 tsi was 27th October delivered to customer on 28th October The storage chargers are 250 per day X34 days 9883.72 including vat for polo tsi The collection of 2 polo vivo was the 31st October 2017 x30 days x 2 cars 8720.90 per car (17441.86) So total of 27325.58 is owed by vw midrand for holding on to the papers so long. On the road fee All cars were charged on the road fee number plates and licence disk was given to me but the natis documents on Lindsay sakes name look how much u charged me for admin/on the road fees 3420.00 plus 6270.00 How can you charge me on the road fees and register the cars on vw midrand Lindsay saker name???? 9690.00 Total Please Take note that monray had told me to sign all the documents as this was the delivery of the new car, he did not explain what was indicated in the clauses, he also filled in the columns yes or no on the invoices. All cars which I supp**** to vw midrand was on my company name they accepted the deal and changed ownership from my company name ground zero to theirs Lindsay saker midrand Please refer to evaluation report in attachment in this email from vw fourways where the car was taken originally for evaluation. Whatever recons and evaluation done on the vehicles had been seen by the salesman and new deal was processed where I traded these 2 cars for 1 brand new polo citi vivo I was invoiced out to my company Ground zero I paid vw midrand a difference as per the invoice I had given them the 2 car papers and the cars for the new deal. Photos of ford figo was sent 27 October and photos of Nissan livina was sent on 30th October Refer monray email on 30th October at 2pm that he offered me 43000 on Nissan livina emailed told me (see attachment on this email at the bottom) Monray had told me to bring those cars in for evaluation so far from the imperial bidding system he got 43000 after the evaluation was done by him he offered me 52000 so when the car was in his premises he re-evaluated the car at a higher price. I got proof on email that the evaluation was 43000 before I brought the car as per the photos on WhatsApp and that he did view the car. I had told him that there are signs of spray work previously repairs. So the evaluation was done on this car from 43000 the initial offer to 52000 Look on the paper at the bottom its states monray the salesman and Zane the evaluator. Did Zane evaluate the cars or take it for granted everything is fine. Being in the position of the evaluator do the job properly So they can't admit they didn't evaluate the cars propley so now when a problem arises they want to shift as pass the buck on me Ford figo was offered at 81000 on the imperial system before evaluation (see attachment at the bottom pdf file from monray email) once cars monray had evaluated the ford figo he offered me 85000 I told him to make it 86000 but he told me 85000 was his best offer. We then corresponded via our attorneys to try to sort out the problem They ****** me with my storage chargers and I had to pay them a difference of 32500 I advise the public not to deal with this dealership and appeal to the media to help me recover my monies Storage charges 27325.58 which must be paid as natis documents were not given on time On the road fee 9690.00 was charged but cars had been registered on lindsay saker The difference of 32500 which I paid them for nothing just for release of natis documents So please pay me 69515.58 to my ground zero account I urge hope and pray that this message goes out to all the media groups helping me in this matter to recover my monies
