{Vw MIDRAND can't fix a Vw vehicle}

<p>After supporting Vw MIDRAND for so many years I received deceit and ungrateful support from them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had experienced a problem with a control unit on my car that broke and stopped my indicators from working,I had taken the car and booked it in VW MIDRAND who did the diagnosis on the car and agreed it was initially the control box and they can programme it because it was bought from them and that was advised to be by the service adviser by the name of given. I then come back in the afternoon to the branch to fetch my car the advisor tells me they could not program the unit because they have some Odis systems.(How can they sell parts that they can't even make work) they also broke clips from a compartment under the dash while they was doing the diagnosis .I was then advised to find another branch that can program it ,I also tried VW Woodmead to no avail. I then took the car to a backyard electrian who fixed the old control unit and it worked. I then called VW MIDRAND and spoke to their parts Manager and he said they cannot take the part which cost R1156 ,but they will put it on the system to see who wants to buy it which does not solve my issue and I take the knock for a part I bought from them that they cannot program!!! ,I then contact the dealer principal Gregory and he gives me no help as after hearing my story ,he tells me the same thing the parts Manager had told me as if he is he is just filling a spot and taking orders instead of helping a loyal customer who had bought alot of vehicles and also brought them a lot of business..</p> <p> </p> <p>I will not support them again and I will never recommend anybody doing any business with them ,don't tell me I told you so when you experience the same kind of problems .they are greedy for sales and ************* ,the VW brand is not a problem VW MIDRAND IS.......</p>
