VW Lindsay Saker Vereeniging

I bought a Jetta 2012 in September from the dealer and upon pick up of the car i picked up vibration on gear 4 when driving the car and a rattle in the engine, i reported to the sales man(Mandla Letsoalo) who then advised since it was late on a Friday that I shoud not worry he will fix all the problems in the car, the service manager (Danie Vermaak) advised he will check the car which they took the car in twice if not 3 times to check it and it came back the same saying there is not problem, i then spoke to him over the phone asking if i can get 2nd opinion and they do get the problem would he fix he said yes. Took the car in to Strydom Park VW which the fourman picked up the problems yet he refuses to fix the car now that we telling him it was picked up. Drove the car to the dealer yesterday 01 November 2018 and left it there as they refusing to fix it.
