VW Lindsay saker Midrand carelessness

Good morning I mmusi Governer Mampheko a new car ar owner VW. I recently took my car car to VW Lindsay saker Midrand for brake change and again for service and light fault damages on my new car. During this time my lock nut bolt went missing and I have highlighted this to the manager to have the replaced. All my efforts are still not un-noticed and not taken serious. The manager there did no make any efforts to resolve my problems regarding this matter. I have been in communication with VW midrand for the past two weeks. The manager still insist that a pay for their carelessness that resulted in the lose of my bolt nut going missing. The repairs done on this car are done at VW Lindsay saker Midrand and I can prove that. Hopefully yours.
