VW Fourways is the worst!

Your VW Fourways branch is terrible! Nobody ever follows through on their promises to return calls. Service advisors tells you a repair is approved and then later says VW SA declined the claim and blames their internal two step programme for the misunderstanding. It’s a mess there. DP never returns calls nor do service agents. Once this issue is resolved I will never take my car back there
