Volkswagen - No Wheelspanner Issued with NEW car

I baught a VW Polo Vivo from Lindsey Saker Alberton about almost a year ago.<br> <br> I had an incident where I hit a pothole and one of my tyres burst. As I started to get ready to put the spare wheel out I noticed there was no wheel spanner. This forced me to get a tow truck out to get myself and my sick one year old son home, this all happened at around 7 at night. We only arrived home with the tow truck @ 10pm.<br> <br> When I phoned VW the next morning to find out why there is no spanner in the car, they had a lady handling my calls..not even a manager. I was telling them about my ordeal all because there was no spanner in the car. They responded that \unfortunatly there is nothing we can help you with"as the spanner should have been in the car when you got it from us! Which i responded too that I would really appreciate it if they could just give me a spanner and maybe just balance the wheels for me because I just spent a R1000 on a new tyre.... and I feel that as I am the only one driving my car and also clean it myself that there is no way that the spanner could dissapear. My request failed. <br> I pay for a full car"
