Volkswagen Gives client the cold shoulder

In September 2015 I fitted new brake pads, caps and wheel barrings on my 2012 Polo Vivo. This was done at VW Lindsy Saker Rivonia. In January 2016 i took the car again to Lindsy Saker Rivonia for a diagnosis because of a weird noise. The report showed brake pads, caps, wheel barrings as the cause, things i had fixed in September ,I contacted VW and found no help . I also contacted VW customer care service, and it has been over a month now but i still haven't been given any feedback, instead I am sent from pillar to post and told that my case is being handled by Alex. Alex however is never present at work, none of his colleagues is helping out in Alex's absence, strange! What frustrates me is, the parts that are supposedly faulty are new parts that were fitted months ago. im being told that because same of the parts were covered under the car's warranty which lapsed after 120000km that the new parts fitted don't have any warranty and VW can't be held liable. This makes me suspect the part VW fitted to my car were faulty to begin with. I want VW to be held accountable and fix my car. Currently i driving the car with the ABS light on, and I'm afraid for my safety
