Very dissatisfied with Brand new Vehicle

Myself and my wife decided to purchase a brand new VW polo which is still under the 3 year warrantee, The vehicle has never ever given any issues until about two weeks ago where the car stopped gave an error on the dash and then stopped driving. We called VW assist who sent a tow truck and towed the car to VW four ways.When the vehicle was booked in,Andew Hall before diagnosing the car already gave the impression that this was negligence and I will have to pay (before diagnosing the car).Anyway I was advised that the vehicle would only be assessed on the Monday, where I waited and never received any phone call. I had to call in and ask what the status is of the vehicle were I was told it's my clutch and abuse.<br> I was quoted Approximately R13000.00 on the repairs and then discounted to about R11000.00 which I should pay for a brand new vehicle.This is not my first vehicle and myself and my wife sold both our vehicles to buy a new car and chose VW because of its realisable reputation on their cars,this is not my first vehicle nor my wife's and never has the clutch failed on any of my vehicles because of this issue.The service i recieved the way i was treated was absolutely horrible!
