Very bad experience

I was at VW Lindsay Saker in Alberton this afternoon to buy parts, regrettably I’ve received the most disgusting service from Peter Mo***eng who wasn’t willing to assist and give me a proper service. He just wasn’t up to the task of giving service which he was in bridge of the consumer and customer service act hence my efforts to escalate this matter to this platform. He mentioned that I am giving him hard time and there isn’t anything he can do to help me. At that time he ignored me and went to assist another customer without having to atleast
