Vehicle previously invloved in an accident

I took delivery of the vehicle from Lindsy Saker Johannesburg. The vehicle is on rent to own option with Carfinance and Ariva(I am not sure how these two relate) but the car was sourced from Lindsay Saker. When I mediately got inside the car I realized the radio was not working. Upon asking I was told it must have been the people from a tracking company who might have interfered with the electronics of the car. It came out the following day that in fact, the sales guy was taking me for the ride. He knew about the radio and a whole lot more that followed. Then I discovered that on my way home that the aircon, brake discs, etc was also not working. I've been from pillar to post with Glynis from Ariva and Gerhard Smit from Car-finance. Apparently, they're the ones to sort out the problems. What surprised me most is that the vehicle sold to me was previously involved in an accident and should have been a code 2. I bought it as a second hand at R159 000.00 with a monthly installment of R5520.00 including insurance and tracking device. I have complained a million times. I am scared to get inside that car and drive. The steering is not sitting straight, brake discs are making noise. Aircon not working, radio not working, rear tail light damaged. Fortunately for me, when I took the car for 60 000 service on Thursday, 26 Oct. 2017, I was told by the dealership where I took it that it had been involved in the accident and therefore the manufactures warranty had fallen away and cash would be required for any repairs. What kind of a rip-off is this? How many people are driving out there with cars like the one I'm driving who are paying a fortune? Last week Friday I received a call from Carfinance that they will come collect a car on Wednesday to conduct the investigation. What investigation since it looks like they're colluding with this dealership to de***** unsuspecting buyers?
