Vehicle experiences continuous issues after service

I took my car for service and later started experiencing issues with the vehicle, At 1st it was the vehicle unable to unlock, secondly the rear camera, boot and rear wipers not working. At the time am using my cost to drive up and down for these issues to be resolved. Had to even use Uber as it really a frustration from thier end. Am however, waiting for parts until Monday for the vehicle to be repaired. Am not sure what wrong really..but I would not recommend this dealership

Am really not happy about this...
