Vehicle Accident coursed by Metro Bus

My vehicle was knocked by a Metro Bus in Durban (Inanda) on 08 August 2017. We exchanged all particulars with the driver. He also referred me to the Bus Depot to report the incident. Metro assisted me in a professional manner, they referred me to the Insurance Service Provider. The insurance requested me to complete forms stating as to how they are going to handle the matter.

They told me after one week that the matter is with LindsayKeller Attornery. They gave me the name of the person who is in charge of my case. I've been calling the office and being told that the Attorney is court. They still have a backlog of files from last year that they haven't finalised.

My car is with panel beaters whom the insurance service provider said I must take it to for assessment and quotation. The panel beater is charging me R500 a day storage for keeping my car in his workshop. I currently don't have a car, my job involves sale where you can't survive without a vehicle.

What is upsetting me is that the driver of the bus who knocks my car is still working and feeding his family whilst I'm struggling with my job since I don't have a car.

I just want to know how long is this matter going to take and why is the file is with the attorney? There's no one who is giving me full details of this case. I'm quite upset, I must say.
