Using my car without my approval and returning it in a dirty state after repairs.

I send my car to be repaired and it took a week before it was fixed after I went to the workshop 3 times. But after the I went there they started working on the car but when my car come back the car was used because the Cup holders had something that spilled inside and my car top roof was dirty which was not there when i sent my car for repairs. This was confirmed by someone who knows my car when he saw it around Vanderbijlpark area and my car was fixed at Vereeniging.
