Useless service
Sales man is quick to phone you regarding an enquiry but once he takes details, Werner stops responding to messages. I have to then follow up and he still hasn't sent the request pictures of the vehicle cause their adverti*****t has no pictures. A big company like vw advertises with no pictures and then refuses to send you pictures when requested. Anyway he didn't even enquire how I would like to purchase the vehicle, just refused my trade in and ignored me. Thanks alot for service
