USELESS

I purchased a brand new vehicle from them in January 2015. Since the first week of taking ownership of this vehicle I have had multiple issues. Despite the fact that I have launched numerous complaints with the Dealer and the MD offices of VW meetings with the dealer principal and the regional sales manager has lead to nothing but excuses and a waist of my time. The vehicle has been into their workshop more than 10 times in the last 3 months and they still cant resolve the issue. Spending R350 000 on a car surely this is not what you expect. When asking for a replacement or refund they blatantly refused. Numerous emails and calls later I'm a fuming and frustrated client that is being pushed from pillar to post. So yet again the vehicle has to go into the workshop again tomorrow. Its to such an extent that the even the call centre agents from VW MD offices know me by the sound of my voice. Seems like they think I am a nightmare that will go away as the try and buy some time.
