Unprofessionalism

I am so disappointed that the sales person Aubrey Risiba promised me a gift, a key holder, lunchbag & water bottle from the dealership after purchasing a brand new car.I was advised that the delivery would happen when the registration number plates get delivered however I was told that the driver, Thomas forgot them.Aubrey Risiba has been postponing & ignores my whats app texts.I have since escalated the matter and sent an email to the manager Adele & I have not received a feedback yet. I am going to also post this on social media,X as I am disatisfied.Upon the purchase of the brand new car the dealership poured only R300 worth of petrol & I had to drive all the way to soweto where I reside.I feel unappreciated & the delearship is unprofessional.
