Unprofessional, so disgusting!!!!

I'm extremely disappointed in VW service. How do you work. Seriously. You just work on my car without sending me a quotation. Now you expect me to pay for a service I didn't even approve. I'm threw the roof angry. How on earth do you work like that. Absolutely disgusted.

I seriously expected better from your services. Disgusting. So unprofessional.

No feedback and can never get ahold of you to see what is going on with my vehicle and now you so quick to call me when you want money for a non existing quotation I didn't approve.

This will be sorted out. So furious. Worst service iv ever experience from a so called 5/5 serving rating.
