Unprofessional Service
I have been trying to book my car in for a maintenance service and have called the dealership here in Alberton about 3 times. The receptionist transfers me to the service department but they are just too busy to take my call. Then they ask to take a message and they will call me back. Well today is Thursday and they still haven't called me back! It seems they do not value their customers at all! Now I need follow up with them a 4th time.

Our telephony systems does occasionally give us issues where calls dont ring on the receiving side. Our process has been altered to ensure our receptionist reconnects to calls transferred and not answered within 7 seconds
