Unprofessional behaviour

Today on the 25th of June 2020 I placed a call to book my car for a service in the morning and it went through to the lady by the name of Noluthando,she tried patching me through service desk but no one answered and instead took down my number's with a promise that an agent will get back to me,no one did.I called later in the day and Noluthando answered again and explained my situation but decided to put me through again and no one answered and just when she was about to ask for details I asked for Tamsen,we spoke and said she'll call me right back but instead the lady at service desk called...my problem is she had the audacity to patronize me by saying she tried to call me twice and it went straight to voicemail instead of apologising forgetting that with today's technology u can't miss a call as a message will be sent either way. I resent their lack of professionalism in this regard and courtesy to their loyal customer's.
