Unprofessional and shocking conduct Management

I requested a quotation from Jacques Rossouw in December 2017. The quotation was processed and signed off on the 8th January 2018. Several emails were sent between ourselves and the dealership in question confirming banking details details to make payment of R 546 020. A week after the deposit was made I was informed that they have no stock. Jacques Rossouw told me that it is what it is, they have no stock. I than spoke to the DP called Ferdie. This person said "I thought we had a vehicle" and "I can do nothing for you". This dealership insists on payment even tough they have no stock. *********, unprofessional, shocking behavior.
