Unprofessional

Terrible experience at Linsay Saker Alberton. My car (VW CC) had an issue with the window washer system, they told me the pipes had to be replaced and in order for that to happen the bumper had to be removed... No problem. Received the car, still had some issues but it was sorted out because i made a noise about it. Fast forward a month or two down the line when the car needed to be serviced, i opened the bonnet and noticed the battery cover was missing, I also noticed that the right hand headlight would shake when driving so i investigated only to find that there was no *****s holding the light properly. I found one ***** on the cover below the windscreen under the bonnet. If my light fell off the car they would simply say you'd have to buy one, those things are expensive.

I have reached out via email to this branch with no satisfaction.. it's now gone 2 months and nobody has bothered to get in touch with me, I don't have the time to go down there hence i emailed their customer service. What kind of business are you running? Because when i bought the car from there everyone was running at my beck and call but now, nothing? Super frustrated!! I am glad for one thing, that my car doesn't get serviced there, who knows what else would go missing.
