Unhappy customer n poor customer service

My husband went to VW in Midrand to pay for R1725 for my car they took twice the amount on my account and n that day called them they said they only have one transaction and the next day I went to bank for statement and it shows 2 transaction and went to VW Midrand for refund they said there is nothing they can do I must wait for Monday n after Monday I have to wait for another 7working days My weekend and budget is already been ruined😭😭 I was already have plans for that money I felt that VW has failed me they have poor service.
