Unhappy customer

I purchased and collected my car on the 30 August 2024, i was told the car comes with a service plan but the sales person could not confirm up to how many kilometres and as my precious knowledge i assumed it 60 000km, only to be told that its only upto 45000 which doesn’t make sense. I was given a car with half a tank of petrol while i was charged delivery fees for R5000, and i raised all this with a person who wanted to rate the service i received but they never bothered to get back to me. I have been waiting for the registration documents until today, i am very disappointed with their service and how they treat their customers
