They never get back to you!

My car was towed to the Lyndsay Saker VW dealership on Tuesday and was advised to wait 48 hours for an update. I was informed to request to speak to Patsy regarding my car. Until now, I have been the one trying to get hold of her and now I have been informed that my car will still be in repairs for a further 3 to 4 days. Why could I not be informed in time and why is a promise made to get back to me, but I was never contacted. Even worse I am the one who kept calling. Rather tell me you are busy or tell me you are still assessing my car. But tell me something! I am so disappointed with the service and not I am told there are no courtesy cars for the next 2 months! I already regret purchasing this car!
