They cracked my windscreen and refusing to fix it

So after the major service my car started to have engine light on its been a more than a month now. Finally yesterday I took my car amd only to find a bog crack on my windscreen. This morning the person who have been in charge refusing to acknowledge and fix claiming that the windscreen had a chip! Am so done with this Midrand VW!
