Theft and racial profiling at Lindsay Saker VW Bloemfontein

My car broke down a couple hours away from Bloem. VW SA assisted me and towed it to Lindsay Saker VW Bloemfontein branch. VW SA stated they will launch and internal investigation and waited way past the 48hr wait period. Only for the Lindsay Saker VW Bloemfontein branch to say that I need to change the whole engine is you this car is only a year and 7 months. I then ask how that is possible? And I was met with such a rude branch manger who was unwilling to explain or help. They sent a qoute amounting to 180k in order for them to fix the car and they were told that it’s outrageous and that I will male arrangements to fetch the car. Today when the car is being fetched then whole bottom of the engine has been removed, pipes are disconnected and many pieces of the engine are missing. When they are asked about this the branch manager and staff Harrass us, ask us to pay R2300 for their qoute and when questioned about the missing part they say car arrived that way when that is an absolute lie. The manager and staff are soo rude and have clearly ****** parts off of my car and are not helping at all. I would like to warn any customer who has a car or takes their car to the Lindsay Saker VW Bloemfontein branch to NOT do so. They are *****’s and further more are ****** and this was experienced over the phone when they were rude and verbally abusive as well as in person when the car is being fetched today. I’m so disappointed that I let the car go to Lindsay Saker VW Bloemfontein branch as per VW SA’s advice only to not be helped and to have car parts and bottom of the engen removed and ******.
