THE MOST USELESS SERVICE MANAGER GOES TO FORTUNE

I have never in my life come across such a USELESS manager like Fortune Morake. I literally hate the VW brand because of this idiot. The service advisor Nicole was just as useless. They messed up my car after I took it and asked they must replace the cam-belt as it had a glow plug light. The car was close to 120k so Fortune said he will motivate for VW to pay for it and they will get it replaced on my service plan then I paid an extra 6k they asked for. When I return I am sure car is good the next day the cam-belt snaps and it turns out they only changed the timing. Now the engine is messed up they can't fix it and held my car for 2 and half months with no regard of how it affected me financially. Would never recommend this dealer to my worst enemy and one of their colleague said he is not surprised at all. To make things worse same day when I fetched it glow plug goes on again I send them an email and 1 month later they still have not responded or asked hows the car. Fortune has no customer compassion at all his absolutely useless.
