The most useless dealership- VW ( you should be embarrassed)

<p>So this is what happens when you deceide to leave your car for a minor service at Lindsay Saker Midrand 070 Old Pretoria Rd, Grand Central, Midrand, 1685</p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday: 25/074/2017- My 5 door GT goes in for a sevice , i collect the vehicle as one does at the end of that day , only to drive out the dealership not being told and incident had occured with my front bumper, </p> <p> </p> <p>I go a few Km's down the road to collect my Boyfriend he does a quick walk through the vehicle only to find the my bumper has a scratch mark , looks like some drove into something as its has a skid mark on the side , I drive all the way back to the dealership to be told by the consultant that "yes they did indeed drop the bumper in the workshop after asessing the light fixture"- I mean really where is the customer SERVICE in customer service, you let me drive out the yard with a busted vehicle, Firstly if you admitted it then i would not have been so upset, - there after I'm told to bring the car back today 26/07/2017 to have this repaired, which i did...... Half way through the day the same consultant calls me to tell me he cant assist , and i need to bring the car back tomorrow being the 27/07/2017?? </p> <p> </p> <p>This will now be day's 3 tomorrow that i have no vehicle ,- You have to understand my lively hood is effected by me not having a vehicle, may car went in for a minor service and seems to have more issues coming out this dealership ??? How in this day and age with platforms like this do you get such poor client services?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to make it known that i have requested the CCTV footage from the workshop of my bumper being supposedly dropped , i'd like proof of this , the alternative is that someone took my car and drove it into something , and to avoid being caught chose to say nothing, </p> <p>This person from Lindsay Saker Midrand, should be dealt with , and all IR policies implemented to the full extent,</p>
