The most pathetic, ********** service ever!

I am very disappointed with vw Lindsay Saker in Edenvale. The people employed here have no interest, no idea in what they are doing! This has really put a bad taste in my mouth and my husband and myself would never purchase another vw. My husband bought his golf 7R from this dealership in 2017 and has had endless problems with this car. Last week Monday he took the car to sort out an oil leak which has not been sorted but vw claimed from warranty... They replaced the thermostat cover. The car was in for about 5 days. My husband kept calling the service advisor Leon who spoke very abruptly to my husband... To think how vw employ such people with no customer s****s? As Any person would be worried to know what is going on with their car as this is an expensive car and mind you this car is paid off cash! The service advisor was of no help. My husband then went to fetch our son from school and his boost pipe shot out... He was stuck on the highway at peak time. He then called me and I was furious upon hearing what had happened. I then called vw Lindsay Saker in Edenvale and spoke to the service manager. He is useless as hell... I explained to him what happened and he said straight out it's nothing serious like really my kid and husband were in this vehicle at that time and he says nothing serious...it could have been worse and he was all calm as if everything was perfect in this world. I wonder if his family was put in a situation like that if he would have the same response. He was plain down rude and of no help whatsoever... He is arrogant! I asked him does he not check each car to make sure the job is done right the first time.. and he said to me he doesn't have time to check each car..his technicians are qualified. It just shows the lack of interest and quality vw offers. Today my husbands car is still not fixed as the oil started to leak again.. I have had it with these *********** people! If this is not sorted I am going to get my lawyer involved and take legal action!
