The Lies and Hide & seek games of VW Fourways

I wish I never took the call from the sales person Calvin of VW Fourways. A well mannered looking adult, but he is not honest. I was deprived my right to choose what I like, not even the 7day cooling of period was awarded to me. I ended up having my credit record taking a knock. And until today, the Debit Order of 25 March that was for the wrong car, I was promised it will be refunded... Lately when I call Jason or Shamaine to enquire about the progress of my refund, they are seemingly in meetings everyday every hour.

Can you believe the way I was so happy to be acquiring my band new VW POLO...

The maltreatment and lies I got from VW Fourways has sucked out the love for my new wheels. Already looking to trade it IN when I collected the car on 15 March (just under 3 months).
