Terrible service: Take your car somewhere else

My name is Siyabonga Mhlongo, my car a 2014 Tiguan went into your dealership on Friday the 27th of July. I was at the dealership on the 31st of July and when I got there I realised that my car hadn’t been touched from Friday afternoon, literally it was still in the very spot I left it in on Friday afternoon. When I asked Loise (the service adviser) why this was and why she said my car was attended yesterday and again today.

This is not right, I called yesterday and today and was assured my car would be attended I was there at 2:30pm on the 31st and my car was still outside not being touched, the service guy: Lester literally only moved my car when I was leaving, so I had to come and lose my cool for them to work on my car.

I am really disappointed at this service as this is my third car im taking to your dealership and have never had this experience
