TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I bought a car from the mastercar in fourways three weeks ago. My temp number plate expires tomorrow (07/02/15) and this whole week since Tuesday I have been emailing and calling the branch (Lindsay Saker Fourways) to arrange my new plates- to no avail! They have been absolutely TERRIBLE at keeping me in the loop, calling me back as promised and sorting out my problem. It is now Friday afternoon (4 days since I initiated the request for my number plates) and their service is still just as abysmal. I have no idea where my number plates are, after being promised that they would be fitted on my car by yesterday. What on earth is happening?!!!
