Tampering with documents after I had signed

WARNING - TO EVERYONE WHO TAKES THEIR CAR IN FOR A SERVICE .....please learn to take photos of the the documents that you sign when taking your car in as i have experienced something now where a dealership as mentioned below as now gone and added things to a form that i have signed bearing in mind that they have tampered with the papers by scratching out names and re writing the names again ....<br> I refer to the VW Rivonia dealership in Johannesburg - I took my car in for a service almost 2 months ago - and signed for stuff that is in my car like your what is in your boot ( your spare wheel and all its parts and the triangle etc ) which should include your lock nut .... which in my case was not mentioned at the time and was not even written on the form where I had signed ...<br> Now I have a flat - and cannot change the tyre and so I go to VW to check on my documents when I signed my car in - if this was mentioned or not - to my surprise on the forms - its says no lock nut - which they claim I had signed for - but does it makes sense for me or anyone not to be alarmed that they may not have a lock nut present in their car - which anyone would know you cannot remove your tyres or do anyth
