SUPERB SERVICE!!!!

Can Volkswagen South-Africa please make sure these 4 staff get increases!!! <br> <br> I have never in my life received service this good from anybody. On Thursday 11:00 o'clock in the morning I sent my papers through email for a loan application. The evening the staff waited until 6 in the evening for me to come and view the car as I was coming from Pretoria. By Friday afternoon I drove my car out from there. All I did was mention that I was not happy with the engine wash and tinting was not as dark as I requested, but it's fine as it was a rush to get the car done for me. Tuesday they came and fetched the car and re did everything without me asking them to do it. That is what I call going the extra mile for a client!!! Out of their own the offered us a demo polo that drives awesome while they did everything for me on my vehicle. The car even came back with number plates done. Quick, efficient and truly friendly, is what Phumi, Ahmed, Jaco and Chris is. Thanks Guys!!! I will recommend you and your branch to anyone. Please take note Volkswagen. Awesome Branch.
