Stay away - service is all round useless (bottom to top level)!!

<p>Saw an ad on Facebook for the VW Up so i contacted a salesman but had no feedback. Contacted another salesman...still no feedback. Then contacted the dealer principal Ferdinand Petzer and told him of the poor service i have received thus far but still no response from him either. Guess it's obvious all round poor service from the bottom to the top. My advice......Drive a few more kms and go to VW Strijdom Park, great service always. Sales and Dealer Principal is much more on the ball. </p>
