Stay away from Lindsay Saker Welkom

Last year July i bought Audi A3 2017 from Lindsay Saker in Welkom Free State. The service in terms of sales was great. The problem started when we wanted to replace the flat Tyre. My wife realized that the Lock nut was missing together with other tools. We contacted the sales lady.. LISA and was convinced that she gave us everything (with a very bad attitude to) i now realize that she was after the sales nothing else . Now we are stuck with the car without tools and no Lock nut. we have been driving Audi for a very long time and its our favorite brand. we are considering leaving this brand due to lack of professionalism shown in this regard. how can we
