Sold a car that was never delivered to me

I made an enquiry online on the Lindsay saker VW Mooi Street on the 20th of July interested in the Polo 1.4 comfortline ,I was then contacted by a Sales consult by the name of Enoch Madibane he informed me about the car and told me that it had been sold .A few days later I was informed that the deal didntpull though so I came to view the car I had a liking for it and a deal was made that they would sell it at a 120 000 for me I agreed n promised to make a deposit of the full amount.Later the day which was on the 23th I received a call stating that the original buyer had comeback and bought the vehicle but I was promised that there was another vehicle that was on its way polo 1.4 peppergrey in colour 2014 model with 23k of the clock I was assured that I would recieve that car in a week but I would need to pay 125 000 .I exhausted my savings and funds to get the amount they wanted and made a deposit the following day .A week went buy and I was told that there was a system error and every week I was told a different <br> story eventually I was told that the car had been sold to someone else n they don't have a car for me in my price range by Manger named Ahmed.Never been so unfairly treat
