sold a car that was involved in an accident

hello Peter Lindsay Saker Alberton sold a car that was involved in an accident and before we signed for the car we asked them if the car was ever involved in an accident the answer was no. There was a few cosmetic works that we were not happy about, that needed to be fixed which we did not have a problem with that at all, until the sales person referred us to the dent doctor where they do their repairs, and one of the employees told my husband that the car was badly hit - meaning it was involved in an accident. My husband got under the car and took the pictures of the chase that was welded together and of the damaged boot. we then set up a meeting with the sales person Clement and his manager, to discuss this matter, as we did not want the car anymore purely based on the accident issue, because we don't know what other problems will arise in a long run. No solution so far, we were told by the manager to lay a complaint with the dealer's ombudsman for them to reverse or cancel the deal. How many cars did they sell like this?
